What we do:
TradeMate provides fully managed, AI-powered business support services for tradespeople and sole traders. We handle the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the services. No technical knowledge is required from you. You can focus on your trade while we run the technology in the background.

Who we do it for:
TradeMate is offered exclusively to qualifying sole traders and tradespeople.
Membership & Pricing:
TradeMate is provided on a membership basis. You pay a fixed fee, either monthly or annually. Prices are shown clearly before checkout. Fees must be paid in advance. Your services will remain active unless you cancel.
Cancellations & Refunds:
You can cancel your membership at any time via your dashboard or by contacting us by Whatsapp. Cancellation stops future payments. You will keep access to your services until the end of your current billing period & we do not charge cancellation fees.
Refunds may be offered at our discretion. Any refund will never exceed the value of the previous month’s membership. Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Fair Usage:
You agree to use TradeMate for lawful business purposes only & provide accurate information when signing up. We may suspend or terminate membership if TradeMate is misused.
Service availability:
We aim to keep TradeMate running smoothly, but services are provided “as is”. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance or updates may occasionally cause downtime. We are not responsible for losses caused by service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Data and privacy:
We take privacy seriously. Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.
Governing law:
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
