1. About Us

TradeMate is a trading name of Cijena, located in the Artur Lind Building. (“TradeMate”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We provide digital products and services exclusively for UK tradespeople, including:

Bespoke smart websites

AI-driven sales and appointment systems

SEO services

Google PPC advertising

Review capture and domain authority building

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By subscribing to or using TradeMate services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Eligibility

TradeMate works exclusively with UK-based tradespeople. By using our services, you confirm you operate a trade business within the United Kingdom.

4. Our Services

TradeMate provides three subscription packages:

4.1 TradeMate Website – £30/month (plus £80 setup fee)

The TradeMate Website package includes:

A bespoke, professionally designed website (up to 21 pages)

Custom branding and logo creation

Website hosting and maintenance
Legally compliant Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

Setup and optimisation of your Google Business Profile

Delivery typically within 14 days (depending on client responsiveness)

This package is designed to give tradespeople a professional online presence without any technical setup.

Usage fees may apply: £0.18/minute and £0.02/message

4.2 TradeMate System – £99/month (no setup fee)

Includes everything in TradeMate Website, plus:

AI-driven customer call handling (out-of-hours and missed calls)
AI chat assistant for real-time website enquiries

Automated appointment scheduling with custom booking rules

Automated review capture and management

A dedicated phone number for your business

Access to the TradeMate Desktop App for performance monitoring

Dedicated 1-to-1 support via SMS, email or phone

Setup within 14 days

Usage fees may apply: £0.18/minute and £0.02/message

This package is designed to increase bookings, reduce admin and create a fully automated sales system for your business.

4.3 TradeMate SEO – £299/month (no setup fee)

Includes everything in TradeMate System, plus:

Eight professionally written SEO articles per month

AI-powered search optimisation for Google and AI search tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude Sonnet)

Local ranking improvement strategies

Backlink building and domain authority enhancement

Ongoing content planning based on trending homeowner topics

This package is designed to significantly improve online visibility and generate long-term organic leads.

5. Subscription, Billing & Payments

5.1 Payment Processor

Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

5.2 Billing Cycle

All plans renew automatically every 30 days from the date of signup.

5.3 Non-Refundable Payments

All subscription payments are non-refundable, except as stated in Section 6.

5.4 Price Changes

We may update pricing with at least 30 days’ written notice.

6. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, valid from the moment of your initial subscription.

After 14 days, no refunds are provided under any circumstances.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support or through your TradeMate dashboard. Upon cancellation:

Your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

Access to the platform may be removed after your subscription ends.

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate business information.

Comply with UK laws and advertising standards.

Not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer our systems.

Ensure your trade activities and licenses are valid and lawful.

9. Website & SEO Deliverables

9.1 Website Delivery

We aim to deliver your bespoke website within 14 days, assuming timely client cooperation.

9.2 SEO Work

SEO outcomes are influenced by factors outside our control.
We do not guarantee:

1st-page Google rankings

Specific lead volumes

Guaranteed sales outcomes

However, we will use industry best practices to improve visibility and online presence.

10. AI Appointment System & Missed Call Handling

Our AI-driven systems help process:

Missed calls

Out-of-hours enquiries

Customer appointment scheduling

TradeMate is not liable for:

Customer no-shows

Missed revenue

Client error in entering or managing appointment availability

Clients must monitor appointments through app.trademate.systems.

11. Advertising Services

Advertising involves variable costs and results. TradeMate does not guarantee:

Specific ad performance metrics

Return on ad spend

Minimum number of leads

Google Ads spend may require an additional budget paid directly to Google.

12. Platform Access

Clients receive access to the TradeMate desktop app for:

Appointment viewing

Call/chat history

Customer activity logs

We may suspend access for:

Non-payment

Breach of terms

Fraudulent activity

13. Intellectual Property

TradeMate owns all rights to:

Software, systems, and AI processes

Advertising frameworks

Proprietary content/tools

Client websites remain active while subscribed.
Exports or transfers may incur fees.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UK law, TradeMate is not liable for:

Loss of profits or business

Missed leads

Errors caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Go High Level, Google)

Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed one month of your subscription fee.

15. Data Protection & Privacy

We comply with UK GDPR.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
You will be notified via email or via the TradeMate dashboard.
