I already have a website that I like - what now?
Awesome job. That means you'll get twice the online presence. We setup FWD'ing on your TradeMate website domain that sends web traffic to your original site. OR if you decide you prefer your TradeMate website you can FWD web traffic from your original website to that one instead 🚀
Do I need to change my phone number?
No! In fact you don't need to change any of your existing setup, including your email. TradeMate bolts on to your business. It is easy to add and easy to remove, by design!
I prefer to talk to customers directly, is TradeMate right for me?
Yes! That's always plan A - get the customer speaking to you directly. But sometimes you can't answer the phone and pushing a customer to voicemail is a bad look. Even worse when they're not called back. Your AI assistant provides professionalism in your absence.
